To start retrieving your post, we have two offers available:

• STARTER OFFER: you can totally pay online to start your social wall right away. This plan will allow you to get all the basic features for a limited time, on a daily basis.
• BUSINESS OFFER: this plan will get you additional features like more social networks (Facebook, YouTube, Slack, Yammer…), get access to the Screen slider (multi-content display: video, gif, socialwall) and enhanced analytics about your operation. Our team will send you a quote with the pricing of your social media wall by email as soon as they receive all the information needed.

Please give us the context, the type of operation, the daily average audience and the number of days planned for the operation. Our quote will depend on these variables

• Starter plan: you can directly pay online using your credit card.
• Business offer: once your quote is signed you can choose to pay by wire transfer or by check.

• Starter plan: your invoice will be available in your account right after your payment in your account info.
• Business plan: you will receive your invoice directly by email at the end of your operation.

• Starter plan: as long as you credited your account, you should be able to get started right away by activating your social wall manually. In case you would like to stop retrieving post, just deactivate your social wall.
• Business plan: the activation of your account is very quick and can be done very rapidly! Your account will be activated as soon as we receive the quote signed.The activation of your account will be done at the beginning of your operation, which was mentioned during your conversation with one of the SocialWall.me team member. We usually activate your social wall ahead of your operation to let you run some tests and adjust your settings.

• Starter plan: you can create as many social walls as you wish. You can choose to credit any of your social walls.
• Business plan: by default, you can only get one social wall per account. To get additional social walls, you will have to contact the SocialWall.me team and tell us the number of walls you would like to use.

During your first connection to the dashboard, follow the steps to create your first wall. You will then be able to find all your social walls in the “Home” icon or in the top left dropdown list right under the Socialwall.me logo. You can easily switch from a wall to another.
