To broadcast your digital wall, you will need the following material:
• 1 or 2 screens to broadcast the following template: Social Live, Social Event, Social TV or Social Museum
• 1 VGA cable or HDMI OR a hub to monitor many screens
• 1 VGA or HDMI adaptor if you are using a Mac
• 2 computers: we recommend using 2 different laptops. One for the broadcast and one for the moderation. The use of a tablet for the moderation is possible.
• Internet connection (wifi or 4G). In case you don’t have any wifi connection, you can still use the roaming of a smartphone.
It is very easy to broadcast your Social wall on any screen. Here is what you need to do:

NB: Don’t forget to close all the programs that might interrupt your Social Wall.
You can use a hub to gather the display of your screen in order to have only one computer for the whole display activity.
You are not limited in the number of access thanks to the multiple user settings available in your dashboard. In the menu click on “Guests” and copy the URL to invite your team members. You can have all the information in the “MODERATE IN TEAM” section.
How can I change my password?
If you have subscribed to our service, you must have received a login.
If not, please reach out to the SocialWall.me team.
When you connect on /admin click on the icon at the top right tool then on “Settings”, indicate your “current password”, “Confirm the password” then click on “Save”.
It is highly recommended to disconnect from your account in order to update the password. Click on the tool icon and select “disconnect”. Enter your login and new password and then connect.
How to hide the URL tool bar of my browser?
To hide the browser tool bar, you just need to press on the arrows icon at the bottom right of the social wall or press the F11 button on your PC. With Chrome on Mac, click on the green arrowed button at the top left of your browser and press Cmd + Shift + F.
How to broadcast posts during Internet cut off?
A wifi or Ethernet connection is necessary to make your digital wall work. Without it, there won’t be any display available. SocialWall.me does not provide Internet Access but we have partners that are very qualified for that.
How to display videos on my Social Wall?
On-demand, it is possible to incorporate a short video presentation of a few seconds instead of the auto-promotion screen appearing on your Social Live and Social Event.
The Social Live does not currently allow video broadcast because it is harder to moderate all of the content during an operation. It would also increase the duration of the moderation as you would need to watch all the videos one by one.
However, you can still integrate your Youtube Channel in case you wish to communicate on your videos. It will only be broadcasted on the Social Timeline.
Does the Social Wall work on an iPad and a smartphone?
The Social Timeline is responsive and can adapt automatically to every screen: mobile, tablet and computer.
During the moderation and for more comfort we recommend using a computer or a pad.
The Social Live, Social Event are only accessible to the organizers for a screen display.
What happens if I suddenly don’t have Internet access?
An Internet connection is necessary to broadcast posts live. Our teams will work on the next version of the service to find a solution in order to broadcast posts during a small interruption of Internet reception.
